At JKitchenCooks, we are dedicated to providing a frictionless, white-glove culinary experience. Because we prepare and ship fresh, high-end food, our delivery operations require precise logistical control.

Please review our delivery schedule and cutoff rules below to ensure you always know when your next curated box is arriving.

Delivery Days & Local Logistics

  • Weekly Schedule: All JKitchenCooks deliveries are made exclusively on Sundays every week.

  • Delivery Zones: We manage specific local delivery zones to guarantee that your meals, optional breakfasts, and fresh juices arrive fresh and in pristine condition.

  • Subscription Deliveries: Because our business operates on a strict 1-week recurring schedule, your Sunday delivery will happen automatically each week based on the meal plan you selected (6, 8, 10, 12, or 15 meals).

The Order Cutoff Rule

To provide our culinary team with a clean, structured prep window to source the finest ingredients, we enforce a strict weekly cutoff time.

  • The Cutoff: Our weekly cutoff is exactly Friday at 5:00 PM.

  • Ordering Before the Cutoff: If you place a new order or modify your existing subscription before Friday at 5:00 PM, your delivery will arrive on the immediate upcoming Sunday.

  • Ordering After the Cutoff: If you place an order or update your subscription after Friday at 5:00 PM, your delivery date will automatically roll over to the following Sunday.

If you need to skip a week, pause your subscription, or change your delivery preferences, please ensure those changes are made in your customer portal prior to the Friday 5:00 PM cutoff to apply to that weekend's delivery.
